How do I delete my data?

Please contact your healthcare practitioner if you want your data removed from PhysiApp and Physitrack.

Whoa, wait! Why can't YOU delete my data?

Your practitioner added your data to their Physitrack account. They (or their practice, clinic, hospital or other organisation) are the data controller. Physitrack is the data processor. We process data on behalf of the data controller and are not allowed to delete data without being requested to do so by the data controller.
