How do I get a programme code?

To use PhysiApp, a healthcare practitioner must assign an exercise programme to you or invite you to a Telehealth video consultation. In both cases, you will receive a programme code of 8 lower-case letters. This programme code and your birth year (4 digits) will give you access to PhysiApp.

Healthcare practitioners can also enable the PhysiApp EasyLink option when assigning exercise programmes. In that case, you don't need a code to log in, you just need to scan the QR code on the exercise programme given to you by your healthcare practitioner.
