System requirements for using PhysiApp®

PhysiApp® is our free app that allows you to view the exercise programme assigned to you, communicate with your healthcare practitioner (if they have made this option available) and participate in a video consultation if your healthcare practitioner invites you to do so.

There are three ways to use PhysiApp®:

  • Download PhysiApp® from Apple's App Store (for devices running iOS)
  • Download PhysiApp® from the Google Play Store (for devices running Android)
  • Use PhysiApp® in a browser on your PC, laptop or mobile device

System requirements for PhysiApp® (iOS)

iOS 16 or newer

Note: versions of PhysiApp lower than 2.2.4 are no longer supported.

System requirements for PhysiApp® (Android)

Android version 8.0 or newer with Google Play Services installed on the mobile device

Note: versions of PhysiApp lower than 4.0.0 are no longer supported.

Browser requirements for PhysiApp® (web)

All modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera)
