Can I report adherence for previous days?

Yes, you can.

We understand that sometimes you may not be able to mark the completion of your exercises, e.g. because of a poor Internet connection, or perhaps you simply forget. In that case, you can mark your exercises as "completed" later on.

You can mark your exercises as "completed" up to 5 days ago.

Please note: it is not possible to report adherence for days in the future.
