Can I link PhysiApp with other devices?

PhysiApp is primarily designed to work on mobile devices, such as phones or tablets, to help you complete your prescribed exercises conveniently. However, there are some additional options available for Apple users who wish to extend their experience through compatible streaming or wearable devices. Below, you will find information on how PhysiApp can be used with different devices and platforms.

Apple devices

PhysiApp is available for iPhones and iPads. If you wish to view your exercise videos on a larger screen or use a wearable device, the following options are available:

  • AirPlay support: You can use AirPlay to stream exercise videos from PhysiApp on your iPhone or iPad to an AirPlay-compatible device, such as an Apple TV or a Mac.
  • Apple Watch companion app: A companion app is available for the Apple Watch, allowing you to follow exercises conveniently from your wrist. Please note that PhysiApp must be installed on your iPhone, as there is no standalone app for the Apple Watch. To make using PhysiApp as easy as possible, you can mark exercises as ‘Completed’ on the Apple Watch.

How to use PhysiApp with AirPlay

Ensure your iPhone or iPad and your AirPlay-compatible device (Apple TV or Mac) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Open PhysiApp on your iPhone or iPad.

Start playing an exercise video.

Tap the AirPlay icon (usually found in the video playback controls).

Select the AirPlay-compatible device you want to stream to.

The exercise video will now play on your selected device.

How to use PhysiApp with Apple Watch

Ensure PhysiApp is installed on your iPhone.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone.

Scroll down to find PhysiApp in the list of available apps.

Tap Install to add the companion app to your Apple Watch.

Open PhysiApp on your Apple Watch to follow along with your exercises.

Android devices

PhysiApp is available on Android phones and tablets. However, Google ChromeCast streaming and Android TV support are currently not supported.
