To access your exercise programme or Telehealth video consultation, you need a programme code (8 lowercase letters) and your year of birth (4 digits).
Can't log in unexpectedly? First check that you have entered the programme code correctly. A typing error is easy to make.
Still no success? Your healthcare practitioner may have entered your year of birth incorrectly. Contact your healthcare practitioner - they can check your year of birth and adjust it if necessary, so that you can still log in. Of course, you can also contact us for assistance.
