I am unable to log in to PhysiApp

It’s frustrating when you can’t log in, we get it. Let's walk through a few easy checks to help you get back into your exercises quickly.

1. Check Your Login Details

  • Programme Code: it must be exactly 8 lowercase letters.
  • Birth Year: Needs to be four digits. A common mistake is to input the format with day, month and year, but you only need to use the 4 digits of the year you were born nothing else. Example: 2000, 1975, etc.

Still not working? Your practitioner may have entered the wrong year ask them to verify and correct it for you or contact us at support@physiapp.com so we can check the assigned year of birth.

Please keep in mind that while we can provide the year assigned to the programme, only your practitioner will be able to make any modifications to your programme such as the year of birth should it be incorrect.

  1. Access Blocked?

If your access is blocked, it may be due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. This security measure is applied automatically and should be lifted after 15 minutes. If you are still unable to log in after this time, please contact us for assistance.
