Can I pause my exercise programme?

We understand that life can surprise you, whether you're travelling, busy, or feeling under the weather. While you can't pause your programme yourself in the app, we’re here to help you navigate the next best steps.

Why you can’t pause it yourself

Your programme is designed by your practitioner to stay structured and keep your progress on track. Allowing direct pauses could disrupt continuity or affect how your treatment is monitored.

What you can do instead

Contact your healthcare practitioner, who can:

  • Shorten your programme if needed
  • Extend the end date to give you more time
  • Terminate the current programme
  • Reassign a new programme code with a new end date with the same or new exercises.

Just message your provider through the app (if enabled, learn more here) or if you prefer, contact your practitioner or clinic to request these changes for you.
