Cancel a PhysiApp Subscription

PhysiApp is completely free for all users. If you have been given a programme code by your healthcare provider, you can use PhysiApp at no cost. Learn more about programme codes here.

However, some healthcare providers or wellness companies use our Physitrack platform to create and send programmes.

In these cases, they may charge you a subscription fee for their service.

Who is charging you?

• PhysiApp never charges you directly. We only provide the app and tools to healthcare providers.
• If you are paying for a subscription, the charges come from the third-party company that uses Physitrack.

Can PhysiApp cancel my subscription?

We cannot cancel your subscription ourselves, because it is billed and managed by the external provider.

But we can help you find the right contact:

1. Email us at support@physiapp.com.
2. Provide your programme code.
3. We’ll look up which company or provider assigned your programme.
4. We’ll give you their contact details so you can request cancellation directly with them.
