My exercise programme does not update
Has your practitioner assigned you new exercises or an additional exercise programme but they do not appear in PhysiApp? This could be due to several reasons. Check the tips below and contact us if they don't help.
Exercise programme with same programme code
Your healthcare practitioner or a colleague of them can assign you additional exercises or an additional exercise programme under the programme code that you already have. Example: you already have exercises for your shoulder, but also suffer from your knee and will now be assigned exercises for this as well. These exercises should automatically appear in PhysiApp.
If this does not happen, try the following steps:
- Within PhysiApp, swipe down to get to the top of the exercise programme, and then swipe (“pull”) the screen further down (so-called swipe-to-refresh).
- Tap Settings and then log out at the bottom. Next, enter your programme code and birth year. This also forces the app to download the latest copy of your exercise programme from the server.
- If this doesn't work either, you can try uninstalling PhysiApp from your mobile device, wait a few minutes and then re-download the app from the App Store or Play Store.
Exercise programme with different programme code
Unfortunately, you cannot currently open multiple exercise programmes simultaneously in PhysiApp if these programmes have different programme codes.
When you receive a new programme code (see what a programme code is), you’ll need to log out first before you can add it. Opening the email link won’t automatically replace your old programme.
To log out you can go to settings or preferences when you have the app open, scroll down to the bottom and then you should see the "sign out" option. This will allow you to then input your new programme code.
