Open your exercises in PhysiApp

Welcome to PhysiApp! 👋

We know getting started can sometimes feel confusing. Don’t worry, you’ve got this!

There are three easy ways to open your exercise programme in PhysiApp.

Option 1: Use the email from your healthcare professional

  1. Check your email: Open the email you received from your practitioner. The email contains two links.
  • Can’t find it? Contact your provider or email support@physiapp.com so we can help.
  1. Click the top link in the email to open or install the PhysiApp mobile app (iOS or Android).
  2. Click the bottom link to open your programme in a web browser.
  • The browser version is simpler, works on computers and mobile devices, and allows you to print exercises.
  • Messaging your practitioner is available in both app and browser, if they’ve enabled it. Learn more about messaging here.
  1. Confirm your birth year and tap Access your programme, your programme code will be filled in automatically.

Option 2: Scan the QR Code

  1. Locate the print-out that your provider gave you, it includes your personal QR code.
  2. Open your device’s camera or a QR scanning app. Point it steadily at the code.
  3. A pop-up will appear, tap it to open PhysiApp and log in automatically.
There are two sorts of exercise programme that your practitioner can assign to you:
 
  • regular programme: Your exercise programme is opened in PhysiApp. If you have not yet installed PhysiApp on your device, you will be directed to the (Apple) App Store or (Google) Play Store. After your exercise programme is opened, you can use the full functionality of PhysiApp.
  • with EasyLink: Your exercise programme will open in your (default) internet browser. You do not need to log in and can immediately see the exercise videos that are assigned to you. It is not possible to give feedback or send messages to your practitioner.

Option 3: Enter Your Programme Code Manually

  1. Go to www.physiapp.com and click Log in via Desktop at the bottom.
  2. Select your server country, this is the country your practitioner assigned your programme from.
  • If you choose the wrong one, PhysiApp will automatically redirect you to the correct server and ask you to enter your code again, no harm done!
  • Example: If you select UK, you’ll go to uk.physiapp.com. USA → us.physiapp.com. Australia → au.physiapp.com.
  1. Enter your programme code and your birth year, then click Access your programme.

You’re ready to start!

Once you’ve opened your programme, you can view your exercises, follow along with videos, track your progress, and if enabled message your practitioner for feedback.

If you experience any problems or need further help, rest assured that we are here to ensure that your access to your exercise programme runs smoothly.

  • Lost your email or print-out? Contact your healthcare provider or email us: support@physiapp.com.
  • QR code or link not working? Try restarting your device, using another browser, or opening the link in a different device.
