Can I change the dates of my exercise programme?
We understand that sometimes your schedule or needs change. Let’s clarify how your programme dates work.
Why you can’t Change the dates yourself
Your healthcare practitioner assigns a programme with specific start and end dates. These are carefully chosen to match your treatment plan and track your progress effectively.
What you can do
- If the assigned dates don’t fit your schedule or seem incorrect, please reach out to your practitioner they can adjust or reassign the programme as needed.
- Note: PhysiApp programmes last a maximum of 52 weeks. After this, your practitioner can easily set up a new programme if needed.
