What details does my practitioner see about me?

Your healthcare practitioner has assigned you an exercise programme through Physitrack. To do this, they have at least entered your name and year of birth, and possibly also your e-mail address and (mobile) phone number.

In addition, the only data they can see are the data you enter yourself:

In addition, your practitioner can see when you last logged into your exercise programme.

All your data is treated and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
